Remember

Alaska is well known for its weather. Our areas are no exception;
so remember when planning a hunt the weather rules supreme in
the land of the big bear and Dall ram. When booking your hunt
please be realistic with your time allowance. Consider such
factors as the weather, your physical capabilities, and the
difficulty of attaining the animals desired. Hunters tend to
think in terms of ten day hunts, but consider if that is time
enough. We tend to recommend hunts of a bit longer duration
for a number of reasons; some of which we have covered. In addition,
one must also remember that people living in the fast lane need
time to slow down and begin to appreciate their surrounding.
Sometimes by the time the phone stops ringing in your head it
seems it is nearly time to go home.
Fog on sheep hunts can eat up time and rain and snow can put
bears into heavy timber. However, squalls don't last forever,
so if you can allow five or ten additional days your chances
for success are vastly improved. We truly believe we provide
a bit more than just a hunting trip and we indeed appreciate
the people that take the time necessary to enjoy our wilderness
and honest fair chase hunts.
You will find that our prices are quite competitive and when
you couple that with our experience and determination to provide
a quality experience for you it makes our hunts very special.
As we try to tailor our hunts to your desires, we need to know
what species you want to pursue, the best dates for you, and
an honest evaluation of your physical capabilities. Once we
have this information, we will put together your special hunt.
We specialize in hunting Dall Sheep and the great Alaskan Brown
Bear. The price will vary accordingly, so let us know what you
want and we will quote a price. A 50% deposit to confirm all
hunts is required. We also have a pre-payment plan available
for those who wish to pay for their hunt, prior to their arrival.
We're easy to work with. You are almost assured of seeing respectable
trophies on any of our hunts.
Sometimes we are difficult to contact because we're in our beloved
mountains. Any correspondence should be answered within three
weeks, but that's weather permitting! Please be patient.
If you are considering hunting Alaskan brown bear or
Dall sheep with us, write or call for a list of references,
we encourage you to contact them.
For detailed or firm price for any hunt wanted, there may be
some flexibility on either price or dates, let us know your
main interest and we will sure work with you. We are looking
forward with great anticipation to hunting with you and providing
you with the very best Alaskan experience available.
Alaskan Brown Bear Hunting Camps Guarantee
Due to the adverse nature of Alaska, questionable capabilities
of clients, and interference from Mr. Murphy- also guaranteed
hunts are illegal in the State of Alaska- so we make no guarantees
other than a great effort to provide successful hunts for all
of our clients. Hunters should be prepared mentally, as well
as physically and properly equipped. Alaskan weather can be
very trying at times and our terrain may be difficult for some.
Weather conditions have a great deal to do with game movements
and good trophies are not usually found in easy terrain. Forgive
us for rambling, we realize that most hunters understand what
is needed on these types of hunts, but we find the some do not.
We try for a complete and clear understanding between us and
our clients. The only guarantee that we make is that we will
provide you with a true Alaskan wilderness experience. |
